Group Ground Rules,
Schedule & Group Plan
Group 5 Ground Rules
· We will communicate
primarily through CANVAS in our Group 5-Transformation Learning Group for
ongoing discussions, shared documents, and shared files; Zoom for video
conferencing; and Facebook Messenger for quick texts and video chats.
· We will set
conference call dates and use the time, as necessary, for the Program Design
and Program Promotion assignments. Texts/Calls will accommodate Saipan Island
Time (15 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time). Ex. 8:00am Saturday for Mat is
5:00pm Friday for Amelia/Karin.
· We will commit to
the deadlines in our plan, notifying the entire group immediately if not able
to make the deadline commitment. The group will move on without including your
portion of the work. If that happens, you have to work alone to complete the
whole assignment.
